With STL, R.A. your business address for service will be a downtown St. Louis, Missouri location always, unless a different location is requested. This basic monthly plan provides your business with something other Registered Agent businesses do not offer: a legal expert (attorney licensed to practice in the US) assigned to your business specifically as your R.A and business development assistant.
The authorized representative for your business, you will be given information to contact your attorney. It is recommended that once you receive your Confirmation Email, that you follow the steps inside of your Welcome letter. We do all of the work, seriously. Your Registered Agent will do a lot of the work, and may contact you for guidance as to your business' preferences. To set up service for your business, all it takes is the an initial monthly payment, the electronic signature on the Contract for Services prepared for your business, and Doing so will set your business up for success and make partnering with STL, R.A. simple. STL, RA handles everything so your business can continue to run smoothly.
Reach out to STL RA using the information in the Welcome Package that will come once STL, RA is hired. In the Welcome Package, your business' representative assigned to setting things up will receive everything needed to get started.
We recognize that each business is uniquely beautiful. For this reason, STL, R.A. treats your business as unique. Your Welcome Letter and your Business Services Package will also be unique to your business. We understand and will tailor your custom plan to fit your business' needs.
Basic Monthly Service Plan Overview
Monthly Fee: $35/month
Service Includes:
Receiving legal documents on behalf of your business
Forwarding important documents to you in a timely manner
Mailing important documents to you in a timely manner via third-party shipping service
Delivery of important mail or documents to your physical location by your Registered Agent.
Legal compliance, both Missouri law and Federal law. Ensuring compliance with state regulations.
Because STL, RA uses real attorneys in our STL RA downtown location, each attempt at service of process can be analyzed for compliance (if part of package build) with state and federal laws.
Any attempt at service of legal documents upon your business will cause your RA to contact you on the next business day following Service or a Service attempt, to alert your business' administrators.
Every business's mail delivery and service attempts are recorded on camera, and a copy of any attempts, successful or otherwise, to serve your business will be on camera. In the event of a legal dispute down the line, you will have the footage from each time your business was served.
You'll receive a Welcome Letter from your business' Registered Agent! Enclosed in your New Client Package with your Registered Agent's Welcome Letter will be your Business' Identification Code that STL RA uses, you'll receive login information for several of our document management tools that we offer complimentary to our clients. You will also receive forms to fill out. We've tried our best to do most of the work for you, so they should take maybe 15 minutes.

Client has a paperless mail option where STL, R.A. will scan and email your mail to you.
